SHIPPING POLICY:

Once we receive your order, we get started on it right away. After you place an order you will receive a shipping confirmation as well as a tracking number so that you can monitor the current location, transit and expected arrival time of your product. All orders are usually shipped within one business day.

Transit times vary based upon your location, however you can expect to receive your order in 3-5 business days after shipping is confirmed.

Standard orders are shipped via USPS to confirmed addresses provided at the time your order is placed.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We also provide international shipping for our customers. Additionally, if placing an order from a location outside the USA, you can also order from our EBAY store by searching ENDOWED Underwear and utilizing their very affordable Global Shipping Program. (Orders outside the Continental US can take up to an additional two weeks).

 

RETURN POLICY:

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days with your request and we will gladly issue you a replacement at no extra cost. (We may request evidence of the defect/error prior to processing your request.) If you are unsatisfied with your order for any other reason please contact us with your request within 30 days of purchase and we will do our best to make it right. For extenuating circumstances and qualified items we are happy to issue store credit for the full value. Simply return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase with a copy of the receipt and we will credit your account as appropriate. Once your return is received and inspected please allow up to five business days for your store credit to be processed.
